Here's how to generate and copy/paste the SPSS outputs:
- Generate a correlation matrix in SPSS/Windows
(1) set the SPSS/Windows options such that labels
for your variables are not displayed

(2) When you generate your correlation matrix, check the
Options button at the bottom right and select
BOTH means and standard
deviations and cross-product deviations and covariances.

(3) Scan your output to make sure it is correct.

- In the output window of SPSS, scroll down to the correlation matrix

- Click the right mouse button on the matrix
- Choose the "Copy Objects" menu item from the pop-up menu

- Click the right mouse button on the matrix again
- Choose the "Copy" menu item from the pop-up menu

- Click "on" the target textbox (e.g., descriptive statistics, correlations, reliabilities)
- Choose Edit.Paste from your browser's menu or simply click CTRL-V to paste the SPSS output object into the textbox
