CIRCULATION PERIODS

Books, theses, dissertations

Faculty, retired faculty, administrative staff, graduate students - Fixed due dates of January 31, May 31, and September 30*
Visiting scholars, adjuncts, special faculty (ie. Geological Survey), system employees staff - 30 days, 3 renewals
Undergraduate students - 30 days, 3 renewals
Borrower's card patrons - 30 days, 1 renewal

*Note: All items due on May 31 must be brought into the library for renewal.

Bound periodicals five years old or older

Faculty and graduate students - 5 days (may be renewed once)

Only three physical volumes per transaction.

Limits to numbers of items that a patron may have checked out

Faculty, retired faculty, administrative staff, graduate students - 200
Visiting scholars, adjuncts, special faculty (ie. Geological Survey), system employees staff - 100
Undergraduate students - 50
Borrower's card patrons - 15

FINES

Overdue fees

Books, theses, dissertations - $.25 per day, maximum $10.00
Bound periodicals - $1.00 per day, maximum $20.00
Reserve items - $1.00 per hour per item, maximum $20.00 per item

Lost book replacement fee: $45.00 + $10.00 processing fee, nonrefundable
