Women's Initiative Program

 The C&BA Women's Initiative is a mentoring program that fosters the career development of undergraduate and graduate women in business through educational sessions and one-on-one mentoring with leading executives in business. This program creates networking opportunities for the students that promote their success and, ultimately the reputation of C&BA.

My exposure to the Women's Initiative Program has enhanced my education in areas that are so often over looked.  The opportunities WIP gives me to practice professionalism and meet successful women are beyond any other group on campus.  The mentor program is well designed and has provided me with an excellent mentor who helps me make many decisions for my future.  I am so thankful to these resources and networking opportunities through the Women's Initiative Program. –Kelly Corr
