Spring 2012 Event Schedule
The UA Sales Program Spring 2012 Event Schedule features a mix of recruiting, corporate showcase, and professional development events designed to connect our students with corporate recruiters and mentors.
The Sales Program hosts corporate representatives in a variety of formats and environments. Events like Beyond Bidgood and the Spring Sales Awards allow corporate sponsors to mentor and recruit alongside other companies. Corporate Showcases spotlight one organization's jobs, brands, and culture in a customized atmosphere.
Students enrolled in Advanced Sales (MKT437) market the following semester's events in a live sales environment. These students directly sell all corporate sponsorships and participation to over 75 recruiting organizations. All Sales Program events are planned, sold, and managed by our students.

Friday & Saturday January 20th-21st
Be a part of the inaugural Beyond Bidgood retreat. UA alumni, corporate recruiters, and professional mentors will gather with Sales Program students to build job search skills and develop networking relationships. In an intensive weekend retreat format, students will be paired with a professional for practice interviews and resume reviews. Participants will learn important skills such as personal financial management, networking and dining etiquette, and wine education as part of the event.

Wednesday March 28th
The Spring Sales Awards is the ultimate exhibition of the UA Sales Program culture. Graduating and new Sales students come together with corporate sponsors and supporters to recognize the achievements of the academic year. Corporate sponsorships, speaking positions, and tickets are available.

Coach Leatherware Corporate Showcase - January 31st
The Coach Corporate Showcase will be held at the Cypress Inn Loft downtown at 5:30. Representatives from Coach will be giving a presentation on the company, offering numerous internships and job opportunities, and giving away various Coach products!
Frito Lay Corporate Showcase - February 7th
The Frito Lay Showcase will be held in the Anderson Room at the Ferguson Center at 5:30. Frito Lay recruiters will be giving a presentation on the company and informing students of the jobs and internships available at Frito Lay. Come join us for valuable information and free samples!
Navistar Day Corporate Showcase - February 28th
The 2nd Annual Navistar Day will be held at the University Club starting at 5:00. This Navistar showcase will feature information on Navistar jobs and internships from 25 Navistar representatives covering over 10 departments.
Aaron's Corporate Showcase - March 6th
The Aaron's Corporate Showcase will be held in the Recruiting Room at Bryant Denny Stadium. This showcase wil feature highlights on job and internship opportunities with Aaron's as well as drawings for electronics!
Victaulic Corporate Showcase - March 26th
The Victaulic Corporate Showcase will be held in the AIME lobby at 5:30. Victaulic is the world leader in piping systems and has job offerings in various areas. Come broaden your horizons and learn about what Victaulic has to offer through their jobs, brand, and culture.
Kohl's Corporate Showcase - April 10th
The Kohl's Corporate Showcases will be held in Alston Parlor located on the 4th floor of Alston Hall. This showcase will spotlight Kohl's jobs, brands, and culture. The Kohl's Corporate Showcase will feature a professional attire fashion show.
