Honors, Achievements and Affiliations:

Professor Chapman has written two business reference books and has contributed numerous articles to library journals such as Journal of Academic Librarianship and Reference Services Review. She is active in the business reference section of the American Library Association, has served on the Board of Directors of the Reference and User Association and has held several committee appointments. She was the 2001 recipient of the BRASS/Gale Group Award for Excellence in Business Librarianship.
