Dr. Cashman is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Academy of Management at the national and regional levels. He has published extensively in the top psychological and managerial journals including Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, and Psychological Reports. He works extensively with the auto industry, especially General Motors and Saturn. He also works with the forest, wood products and packaging industries in the areas of strategic management and reengineering.
