Education:: Bates College (B.A. - psychology), University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh (M.S. - Industrial-Organizational Psychology), and Indiana University (Ph.D. - Organizational Behavior-Human Resource Management).
Honors, Achievements and Affiliations:: Dr. Bachrach has published articles in a number of journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Process, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Management and Organization Review, Production and Operations Management, and the European Journal of Operational Research. He is a member of the editorial board and a reviewer for Group and Organization Management. He is also a reviewer for the Academy of Management Journal. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, the Soceity for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and of the International Association for Chinese Management Research.
