APPLICATION AND INTERVIEW INFORMATION

The Commerce Associates are a group of undergraduate students enrolled in the Culverhouse College of Commerce & Business Administration (C&BA) that are selected to serve as official ambassadors for the College of Commerce. As the official student public relations representatives, ambassadors, tour guides, and student recruitment agents for the College of Commerce, it is the purpose of this organization to provide services, promote pride, and communicate an increased understanding of the College of Commerce and the University of Alabama. The Commerce Associates accomplish this purpose by their conduct and the research and dissemination of appropriate information with a sense of dedication and responsibility to the students, faculty, administration, alumni, and the community. A Commerce Associate's primary work is in two areas. The first is to assist the College of Commerce Dean's office during functions held on campus and in other locations. The second is to assist the C&BA Student Services office in giving tours of the College of Commerce. The responsibilities of a Commerce Associate also include attending meetings, workshops, and hosting the Hall of Fame room.
