Robinson Goes to London

Senior Katharine Robinson recently completed an internship in London . She worked for Capita Group PLC, an accounting outsourcing firm, for 3 months during the summer.

Katharine worked on the runoff syndicates of Lloyd’s of London, the world’s leading specialist insurance market. She visited the trading floor and shadowed a syndicate for a day as part of this experience.

In London, she enjoyed the antique market Portobello Road, the London Tower, and Westminster Cathedral. She visited Amsterdam and Scotland.

Katharine found her experience with Capita to be “unique”. She is currently interning in New York at Ernst & Young in the transactions department.
